We help thousands of companies in the automotive supply chain increase quality through Inspection and Containment Services, Contingent Employees and Value Added services such as warehousing and logistics. We supply these services inside OEM'S and throughout the automotive manufacturing supply chain. In an effort to be up front and honest about employment with MS Companies, we would like to set the following expectations for our employees: Location is client specific - We work in customer locations, our warehouses or offices. You must have reliable transportation to travel to customer sites as work locations will vary. We can NOT guarantee 40 hours a week or 1st shift only - You need be able to work all shifts unless otherwise specified by location. There is a possibility of overtime, Saturdays and Sundays and 12 hour shifts. We have a robust online training program - This program helps give you the skills to advance at MS Companies. You Learn - You Earn is our motto. Compensation - We pay every other Friday. Benefits - You are eligible immediately and is usually effective 2-3 weeks of first work day. Once premium is deducted from check, benefits are active the following Monday. If opting for Medical Coverage, you are also eligible for dental/vision/short term disability/ term life plan.
